Refund Policy

• Before work starts: if you change your mind before you submit your business details, or within 24 hours of paying, you get a full refund of ₹999.
• If we cannot deliver: if we do not deliver your website within 10 working days after receiving your complete details, you get a full refund.
• Payment errors: if you were charged twice or money was deducted without a successful order, we refund the extra amount in full.

• After your website has been delivered, since the work is complete. We will instead fix any issues under your free edit round.
• If we cannot reach you on your WhatsApp number for 15 days after payment despite repeated attempts.
• For optional paid add-ons like custom domains once they have been purchased on your behalf.

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@byobonline.in with your payment reference or registered mobile number. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the same payment method through Razorpay.

If anything is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before paying. We reply in simple Hindi or English.
