Terms of Service

For ₹999 you get one professional, mobile friendly, one page website that includes:

• Business details and a contact button
• WhatsApp enquiry button
• Google Maps location
• Products or services display
• Basic Google search setup
• One round of small edits after delivery

Custom domains, annual hosting renewal, online payment setup, large product catalogues and other advanced features are not included and are available at an extra cost, agreed with you in advance.

We deliver your website within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your complete business details, photos and logo. Delays in sharing details will delay delivery.

• Give correct business information and a working WhatsApp number.
• Only share photos, logos and text that you own or have permission to use.
• Do not ask us to publish content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful.

Your website is hosted on a BYOB Online link for the first year at no extra cost. Annual renewal and custom domains are optional paid services. We will inform you before any renewal is due.

One round of small edits (text, photos, timings, contact details) is free within 30 days of delivery. Further updates are available at a small charge. Support is provided on WhatsApp during working hours.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

You own your business content. BYOB Online owns the website design and code, and gives you the right to use it for your business for as long as the website is hosted with us.

We provide the website with care, but we are not responsible for loss of business, profits or data arising from use of the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
